Pre and Post Care

Sugaring

Sugaring Pre-care

  • Let hair grow to about ¼ inch long—typically 10–14 days after shaving.
  • Gently exfoliate 24–48 hours before your appointment.
  • Avoid tanning, sunburns and heavy lotions or oils on the treatment area.
  • Arrive with clean, dry skin.
  • Avoid exfoliating acids, retinoids or other irritating products on the area for several days beforehand.
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Sugaring post care

For the first 24–48 hours:

  • Avoid hot tubs, pools, saunas and very hot showers.
  • Skip intense workouts or activities that cause heavy sweating.
  • Avoid tanning and direct sun exposure.
  • Avoid exfoliating, fragranced products, deodorant or makeup on the treated area.
  • Wear loose clothing to reduce friction.
  • Avoid sexual activity after intimate sugaring.

Spray Tan

Before Your Spray Tan

For the smoothest, longest-lasting glow:

  • Exfoliate and shave at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Avoid lotions, oils, deodorant, perfume, and makeup the day of your tan.
  • Arrive with clean, dry skin.
  • Complete manicures, pedicures, facials, and massages beforehand.
  • Wear loose, dark clothing and sandals afterward.

Spray Tan Aftercare

  • Wear loose, dark clothing after your appointment.
  • Avoid water, sweating, and skin-to-skin contact while your tan develops.
  • Wait for your recommended rinse time before showering.
  • During your first rinse, use lukewarm water only—no soap, shaving, or scrubbing.
  • Pat your skin dry and moisturize daily to extend the life of your tan.
  • Avoid exfoliating, hot tubs, long baths, and products containing oils, retinol, or harsh acids.
